Member Referral Form allows you to broaden our

our directory. Please fill out the form and mail

to you in your Welcome Kit. The biographical Proof
contains the information that will be published
in the upcoming registry. Please make any corrections,
additions, or deletions and send it in to our
editorial department so the information published
is accurate. |

long do I have to make corrections to my biography? |

publishing and shipping deadlines all corrections
should be returned within 10 business days of
receiving your biographical proof in your welcome
package. There is also a deadline date printed
